Thanks for following our blog! Started in 2002, our blog shares the story of God's leading two people on a great and adventurous Air Force journey around the world to include the USA, Europe, and Asia. Now, God has lead us to fly over the blue seas of the Pacific and serve as missionaries with Pacific Mission Aviation! We hope you enjoy following along as God continues to lead us!

Pacific Mission Aviation Brochure
Lana and I have been asked a fair amount what PMA does and what we'd be doing as we serve with them. The pictures below are of the brochure, but may be a little hard to read. So, you can click here for a pdf version of the brochure which is a great source of information on PMA and their mission of serving the people of Micronesia and the Philippines!

Devin & Becca Ferguson
The day after I returned from Poland, Liam and I were on a plane to the USA for my youngest brother Devin's wedding. Liam and I called it our "mancation" since the ladies had to stay home due to Lana's pregnancy. It was a great time bonding with my boy, spending time with my family, and celebrating Devin and Becca's wedding!
After two Lufthansa business class flights and an Amtrak train ride, Liam and I made it back safely to Germany and still in time before #3 arrives! Next week my parents will be here to visit our new boy and family in France...busy times!

Lask, Poland
Our squadron recently returned from a TDY to Lask, Poland where we were training with the Polish Air Force and taking advantage of their great airspace and range. This training exercise had been planned for many months and wasn't a result of the current situation in the Ukraine. There is a small detachment from Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany that is permanently stationed there for the purpose of supporting these training opportunities. It was my second time to the base since being stationed here in Germany, the first being when the detachment was stood up at Lask.
On one of the weekends, a group of us had the opportunity to do some traveling so we decided to visit Krakow and Auschwitz. Krakow was a very cool city with great old town. Auschwitz on the other hand was good to see, but very heavy and sobering. Just to think of the destruction of human lives that took place there is unimaginable! The German phrase, "Arbeit macht frei" still displays above the main gate at the entrance and means, "Work makes you free". If they had only known what was on the other side of the gate! Scenes from the movie Schindler's List also came to mind while touring the area.
Thankfully while I was gone, our #3 didn't arrive! Lana is a few weeks away from delivering our second boy...just in time for July 4th!
